My stay at the Embassy Suites was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. However, I encountered numerous issues like a dirty room and communication problems with the staff, which definitely took away from my experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious, but it wasn't clean upon arrival. There were hairs on the floor and under the sheets.

While the staff was friendly, their responsiveness was lacking when it came to resolving issues. I had to wait a long time for the shuttle and faced difficulties getting proper help with my room problems.

The location was reasonably convenient, just a short distance from the convention center, but the parking situation was frustrating with an unexpected fee.

I had a mixed experience at Embassy Suites By Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas. While the spacious suites and variety of breakfast options were definitely highlights, the service I received from the front desk was very disappointing. The location was convenient, but overall, the hotel left much to be desired in terms of staffing professionalism and responsiveness.

Rooms

The suites were spacious, which was great for my stay. However, I had a lot of noise from the elevator as my room was located right by it, making it difficult to relax.
Service

I encountered rudeness from the front desk staff, which really soured my experience. The manager I spoke with was dismissive and unwilling to accommodate my request for a different room due to the noise.
Location
5.0
The hotel is close to the Las Vegas Strip, which is convenient for accessing local attractions, but I felt the surrounding area was questionable and may not be the safest for walking at night.

I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the made-to-order omelets. It was a pleasant way to start my day, although I'm aware that some guests noted issues with housekeeping timing.
Facilities

The hotel's amenities were standard for an Embassy Suites. The complimentary evening reception was a nice touch, but some aspects, like the cleanliness of common areas and the availability of housekeeping, could use improvement.

I had a pretty good stay at the Embassy Suites. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Cristian at the front desk who really stood out. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with tons of options, though the evening reception got a bit crowded at times. Unfortunately, there were some downsides like the limited parking and issues with room cleanliness during my stay. Overall, I'd recommend it, but with a few caveats.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Embassy Suites. While the staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist me, the hotel was under construction, which made the environment less appealing. The breakfast offerings were hit-or-miss, with some items not being up to the usual Embassy Suites standard. Overall, there are some great features, but the construction and breakfast issues detracted from my experience. 🤔

Rooms

The spacious rooms were comfortable, but they could benefit from some renovations, especially the older furnishings.

The staff here was fabulous! They were always willing to help, and even mailed back an item I left in my room after I checked out.
Location

The hotel's location was convenient for access to the Las Vegas Strip but felt a bit sketchy in certain areas once I ventured out.
Dining

While I appreciated the variety at breakfast, I was disappointed that some options were not fresh and had quality issues.

The indoor pool was a nice touch, but the overall amenities felt dated and in need of a refresh.

Overall, it was an experience that could have been much better.
